If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 
Return
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You may open the transparent shrink wrap around the books to look inside the book. Free prepaid shipping label will be provided for eligible returns. Please return the item in the original packaging. Feel free to contact us via email at info@sasanpub.com or call (970) 235-201 to arrange for your return.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

  1. Book with obvious signs of use.
  2. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  3. Item that are returned more than 14 days after delivery without prior authorization.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If more than 5 business days passed and you you still have not received your refund yet, please contact info@sasanpub.com.

Exchanges 
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sasanpub.com and send your item to: 2241 Lake Range Way, Roseville, CA 95747.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
